I have been a Certified Personal Trainer for over 20 years, as well as a Certified Nutrition Coach, Health Coach and Yoga Instructor. Together we will identify your fitness goals, and I will design an exercise program that fits your needs. You will access your personalized workout plan through our app. I will be there with you every step of the way, with unlimited messaging, as well as a monthly video conference. You will be guided through every exercise in your workouts.

Personal Training & Nutrition Coaching
This plan includes everything in the Personal Training plan along with Nutrition Coaching. Your trainer will help you to create an eating plan specifically designed to meet your goals.
Six Month Plan
This plan includes Personal Training and Nutrition Coaching in a six month plan. Designed to help you make the commitment to a healthy lifestyle.
Virtual Sessions are 30 minutes each. Training is dependent on client and can include personal training, yoga, stretching, etc. You will be sent a link before each session.
